1. We may collect, store or process information and data as required under applicable laws and regulations of India and also based on your use of our services and our business relationship with you. Subject to applicable laws, these terms will be deemed effective retrospectively from the date of your initial use of the Platform. Wepsol does not collect any Sensitive Personal Data or Information about a visitor to our platform unless voluntarily provided by the Visitor. Use of Information for GST Filing Services GST filing services available through our platform are provided by WeP Solutions Limited, (“Wepsol”), a GST Suvidha Provider (GSP) under the guidelines issued by the Goods and Services Tax Network (GSTN). SHARING OF INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES i) We may share information if we think we have to in order to comply with the law or to protect ourselves. We will share information to respond to a court order or subpoena. We may also share it if a government agency or investigatory body requests. Or, we might also share information when we are investigating potential fraud. ii) We may share information with any successor to all or part of our business. For example, if part of our business is sold we may give our customer list as part of that transaction. Except as set out in this privacy policy, we will not disclose any personally identifiable information without your permission unless we are legally entitled or required to do so or unless we believe that such action is necessary to protect and/or defend our rights, property or personal safety and those of our users/customers or other individuals.
